Summary

6-8 years of Tableau experience (Desktop, Server/Cloud, Prep)
Strong hands-on experience using Databricks as a data source (must-have)
Experience querying Delta tables and views
Familiarity with Databricks SQL endpoints / warehouses
Understanding of how Spark/Databricks data structures impact Tableau performance
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, filtering, and optimization
Proven experience working in tight timelines / high-pressure delivery environments
Experience building dashboards on large, distributed datasets.
Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks between Tableau and Databricks
Prior experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider, clinical, prior authorization, etc.)
Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling principles
