Senior ServiceNow Project Lead
Position Summary
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow professional to lead a strategic initiative focused on AI-driven service operations, vulnerability management, security workflow automation, and enterprise ITSM modernization.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for ServiceNow platform transformation while helping the organization implement Agentic AI capabilities, automated workflows, vulnerability response processes, and operational excellence programs.
Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow AI transformation strategy
Define Agentic AI roadmap
Implement vulnerability management workflows
Optimize L1/L2/L3 support operations
Design security automation solutions
Assess operational maturity
Drive governance and compliance
Mentor internal teams
Develop executive roadmap and business case
Deliver measurable operational improvements

Required Experience

8+ year ServiceNow Project Lead Experience
8+ years ServiceNow platform experience
5+ years ServiceNow architecture experience
3+ years enterprise AI/automation experience
Experience leading ServiceNow transformation programs
Experience supporting large enterprise environments
Experience in highly regulated environments
Experience with global operations teams
