Summary

Program Manager - Execution-Focused OCM & Content Creator / Editor

Location: 100% Remote
Anticipated Contract Duration: 6-18 months

Role Overview

  • This is a hands-on, execution-focused Organizational Change Management (OCM) role responsible for independently producing high-quality change deliverables that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • This position is not a strategy or leadership role. Success depends on the ability to translate high-level inputs into polished, stakeholder-ready content quickly and with minimal oversight.
  • The role is best suited for a high-output individual contributor who enjoys building content personally, thrives in fast-paced environments, and consistently delivers quality work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Deliverable Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Independently develop end-to-end OCM deliverables, including:
    • Executive and leadership presentations
    • Change impact assessments
    • Stakeholder communications
    • Training and enablement materials
    • Adoption and readiness artifacts
  • Translate complex technical or process changes into clear, business-friendly messaging
  • Create polished, leadership-ready PowerPoint decks with strong narrative flow
  • Produce short-form video or visual content (e.g., feature overviews, change announcements)

Stakeholder Enablement
  • Create content that enables leaders to communicate change effectively
  • Tailor messaging for specific audiences (e.g., finance, operations, cost analysts)
  • Support alignment, awareness, and adoption across global stakeholders

Adoption & Readiness Support
  • Develop and manage surveys, feedback collection, and adoption reporting
  • Create post-go-live enablement and reinforcement materials
  • Track and update deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously

Day-to-Day Work

  • Take minimal or ambiguous inputs (often a briefing or draft presentation) and build complete deliverables
  • Rapidly create, iterate, and refine PowerPoint decks, communications, training, and videos
  • Incorporate feedback quickly with minimal rework
  • Manage multiple parallel deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Respond quickly to evolving stakeholder and leadership needs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced PowerPoint development and executive-level storytelling
  • 5+ years of hands-on OCM deliverable creation using Prosci/ADKAR frameworks
  • Strong experience in content creation and content editing
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or process changes into simple, business-focused messaging
  • Demonstrated success operating independently with minimal guidance

Additional Skills

  • Video or multimedia content creation
  • SharePoint or content publishing platforms
  • Survey design and adoption reporting
  • Change impact assessment (CIA) development

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with engineering, EPC, finance, or supply chain environments
  • Exposure to Prosci / ADKAR methodologies
  • Design thinking or user experience facilitation experience

Not a Fit If You:

  • Focus primarily on OCM strategy, leadership, or oversight rather than execution
  • Rely on designers, agencies, or communications teams to produce deliverables
  • Require significant direction before starting work
  • Struggle to balance speed and quality at the same time
