Role Overview- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that support cloud and AI customer success initiatives.
- This role is responsible for driving programs end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, and producing executive-ready narratives, enablement materials, and scalable processes.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Purpose of this Role- This role supports teams responsible for designing customer success programs focused on cloud deployment and AI initiatives.
- The Program Manager will help ensure customers achieve maximum value and ROI through strong program execution, enablement, and cross-team alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, delivery, status reporting, and risk management
- Partner closely with top level stakeholders to shape program strategy and ensure alignment across teams
- Design program materials, process maps, narrative content, and field-ready enablement documentation
- Interface with clients and internal teams on technical and project-related matters from initiation through delivery
- Drive program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting
- Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget
- Create or review functional specifications used to inform product and service implementation decisions
- Provide product and business leaders with technical, analytical, and program insights
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience working at a strategic and executive level
- Strong organizational, navigation, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workstreams
- Experience translating strategy into scalable processes, documentation, and enablement

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
