Summary

Description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Services Specialist II to provide onsite technical support at our Holly Hall location. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, supporting end-user devices and systems, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for clinical and administrative staff. The role includes hands-on support for desktop hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, telephony systems, and IT-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile carts, IP phones, fax machines, video conferencing equipment, and other end-user technologies.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and business-related software.
Perform Move, Add, and Change (MAC) activities to support organizational needs.
Conduct proactive customer rounding to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
Maintain and meet established service level agreements (SLAs) for incidents, requests, and project work.
Support medium-scale IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and hardware refresh initiatives.
Maintain accurate asset inventory records and document hardware assignments and transfers.
Provide onsite escalation support for complex technical issues.
Assist Biomedical and Engineering teams with troubleshooting network-connected devices.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge management practices.
Mentor and assist junior technical staff when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, patients, and visitors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates with industry-recognized IT certifications are highly encouraged to apply. Preferred certifications include:
CompTIA A+ Certification (strongly preferred)
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
