Role Overview
As a QA Tester, you will contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects aimed at driving significant improvements. Your projects will range in scope and complexity, necessitating expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development, execution, and project management. You will become a subject matter expert in your assigned workstream, enabling you to effectively support the operations and testing teams. Your efforts will ensure that we consistently deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications, which includes end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
