Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an MDM Engineer with strong experience in Profisee to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management solutions using Profisee.
Implement data models, hierarchies, and governance rules within the MDM platform.
Configure data integration workflows to ingest and synchronize master data from multiple source systems.
Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and matching/merging logic.
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define master data domains and governance policies.
Support data stewardship processes and resolve data quality issues.
Integrate Profisee MDM with data warehouses, ETL tools, and reporting platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot MDM workflows, data pipelines, and system performance.
Document MDM architecture, processes, and technical implementations.

Required Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in data engineering or master data management.
Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM platform.
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and master data frameworks.
Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
