Senior Product Manager
Contract Length: 22 Months

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance customer experiences and support business growth. This role will partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes from concept through launch.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Convert business needs into actionable user stories, epics, requirements, and product backlogs.
• Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and product releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, resolve roadblocks, and drive execution across teams.
• Leverage customer feedback, analytics, testing, and market research to make data-driven product decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
• Support product launches, feature enhancements, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital, customer-facing, or self-service solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining MVPs, and managing product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, requirements, and managing backlogs using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.

• Experience with eCommerce platforms, booking systems, reservation systems, payment processing, inventory management, pricing, or availability systems.
• Knowledge of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools for product research, user story development, and process automation.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, customer journey optimization, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Experience conducting consumer research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Contentsquare, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.
