Job Overview:

Pay Range: $81.20hr - $86.20hr

The Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on payments and insurance programs.
This role requires balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Define and align on clear, measurable success criteria with stakeholders.
Influence technical direction and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and quality standards.
Assess risks and opportunities and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Present updates, trade-offs, and insights to senior leadership effectively.
Collaborate with leadership to align priorities across payments and insurance programs.
Develop and manage a portfolio view of programs, ensuring visibility into execution status and key metrics.
Provide insights into key performance indicators to highlight risks and opportunities.
Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Work independently with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Proven ability to build processes and drive initiatives in ambiguous environments.
