Job Overview:
Pay Range: $81.20hr - $86.20hr
  • The Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on payments and insurance programs.
  • This role requires balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  • The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Define and align on clear, measurable success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Influence technical direction and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and quality standards.
  • Assess risks and opportunities and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Present updates, trade-offs, and insights to senior leadership effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align priorities across payments and insurance programs.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio view of programs, ensuring visibility into execution status and key metrics.
  • Provide insights into key performance indicators to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work independently with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

  • Proven ability to build processes and drive initiatives in ambiguous environments.
