Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtualized environments and physical servers.
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Oversee data backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge management and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an IT Systems Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (e.g., LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) and security best practices.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS).
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP) and their integration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
• Understanding of ISA-95 or similar manufacturing operations models
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) relevant to OT environments
• Experience with virtualization technologies in an industrial setting
