Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system issues, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for automation-related failures and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or control systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation components.
