We have an immediate opening GenAI Solutions Functional Analyst to support enterprise GenAI strategies and enchancements and initiatives. This will include vendor relationships, practitioner rollouts, governance, and internal communications.

responsibilities:
Candidate will have solid experience in enterprise GenAI solutions and enhancements. Will be responsible for working and translating business objectives and processes within AI and help communicate effectively across a large audience.
Responsible for helping to build as a stakeholder an enterprise solution and have impact on the design and enablement and help with goverance.
Vendor and Platform Research
- Monitor AI vendor announcements, model releases, pricing changes, and policy updates across platforms the company uses or evaluates for purchase.
- Assess business and compliance implications of vendor changes, including data retention policies, new capabilities, and contract considerations, and translate findings into clear internal recommendations.
- Surface time-sensitive issues proactively, with a stakeholder action plan ready.
Enhancements and Enablement
- Draft internal communications to practitioner audiences ranging from pilot groups to firm-wide distribution, including release notes, hold notices, feature updates, and training guidance.
- Develop enablement materials that help non-technical employees get value from AI tools: guides, FAQs, one-pagers, and workshop content.
- Support the firm's internal GenAI podcast and Women in Technology communications work.
Governance and Rollout Support
- Maintain the firm's GenAI tool inventory and track review status for new platforms and features.
- Support pre-rollout governance checklists, vendor review documentation, and compliance coordination.
- Assist in managing the enterprise Claude rollout across approximately 200 practitioners, including pilot user communications and onboarding.

- Strong written communication: you write clearly, adjust tone for different audiences, and draft quickly without losing precision.
- Applied AI literacy: utilize AI tools actively, understand how they work well enough to explain them to skeptical non-technical users, and follow the vendor landscape as a matter of habit.
- Governance mindset: compliance and risk implications in vendor announcements that others miss, and you flag them before they become problems.
- Stakeholder awareness: you understand that a data retention policy change is not just a tech update; it is a procurement conversation, a legal review, and a user communication.
Background
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technology enablement, change management, internal communications, or a related function at a financial services or professional services firm.
- Demonstrated experience writing for internal audiences, particularly around technology adoption.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools and vendor management processes.
- Experience with or genuine enthusiasm for generative AI tools in a professional context.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting firm-wide technology rollouts.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar enterprise AI tools.
