Job Title: Oracle ERP Senior Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Oracle ERP Senior Project Manager to join our client to help drive successful delivery of enterprise Oracle ERP initiatives that support critical business operations. This role focuses on leading complex programs that span manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions with a strong emphasis on execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The position is a contract opportunity based in Marlton, NJ with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week onsite. This role offers the chance to influence large scale ERP outcomes within a dynamic, operations driven environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite
Key Responsibilities of the Oracle ERP Senior Project Manager:
• Lead enterprise level Oracle ERP programs, coordinating planning through stabilization across multiple business and IT teams
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams and manage external systems integrators to ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence
• Develop and maintain project plans, dependencies, risk and issue tracking, cutover planning, and executive level reporting
• Guide testing strategy including UAT coordination, defect management, and deployment readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, SOX controls, and data security while supporting change management and operational handoff
Qualifications and Skills for the Oracle ERP Senior Project Manager:
• Eight to twelve plus years of experience managing large scale enterprise projects with demonstrated ERP delivery success
• Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS implementations across finance, supply chain, or manufacturing domains
• Proven ability to manage large systems integrators and cross functional teams in complex environments
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and executive sponsors
• Background in manufacturing or automotive environments with PMP or PgMP certification preferred
