Develop, design, analyze scalable software applications to integrate with business components, pipelines, data quality reports, queries. Review project requirements, impact of change requests, tasks, legacy systems, technical specifications, functional designs, root causes, workflows, process enhancements, performance tuning, bottlenecks, milestones, risks, models, datasets of typologies, source systems data, KBE, mapping documents, transformation logics, code, change requests, gaps. Confer with customer-facing support teams, identify issues, integrate solutions, diagnose issues, debug, troubleshoot, perform scripting and automation. Maintain business requirements documentation, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate unit test and validation plans. Use SQL, PL/SQL, SAS, Teradata, BTEQ, Power BI, PySpark, Python, Unix, Shell, Linux, ETL, Oracle, Autosys, BitBucket, Hive, Hadoop, Copilot. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing or working with components, pipelines, queries; reviewing specifications, performance tuning, bottlenecks, code; performing debugging, troubleshooting, scripting, automation; formulating unit test plans; using SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, Unix, Shell, ETL. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
