  • Experience in handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL release and change management practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms.
  • Knowledge of EHR integrations such as HL7 and FHIR.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
  • ITIL certification or experience in SRE/incident management.
