Adobe Workfront Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Specialist to support intake management, workflow optimization, reporting, and user enablement across the organization. This role will act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize requests, resolve issues, streamline approvals, and improve project visibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize intake processes within Workfront
• Ensure accurate request tracking, prioritization, and resource alignment
• Troubleshoot Workfront system and workflow issues
• Build and maintain reports and documentation
• Train users and promote Workfront best practices

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience
• Strong process improvement and change management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Workfront certification a plus
