Systems Integration Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Systems Integration Test Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Summary:
In this position, the Systems Integration Test Engineer will own end-to-end testing and release certification deliverables including designing, documenting, and executing on test cases and test plans. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into complex systems, thrives in a Linux environment, and takes pride in producing work that is high-quality and well-documented.

Duties:
* Develop and execute test plans and test cases for AAA and database releases
* Certify new releases by validating functionality, performance, and systems integration
* Verify end-to-end RADIUS call flows for authentication, authorization, and accounting features
* Analyze system behavior, identify defects, and clearly document findings
* Collaborate with development and design teams to resolve issues quickly
* Produce, refine, and present on detailed certification reports

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with and knowledge of the following:
* Experience with carrier-grade AAA platforms like Nokia AAA and FreeRADIUS
* Experience with non-relational database systems like Apache Cassandra
* Experience with RADIUS or Diameter protocols
* Experience root certificate authorities and intermediate/issuing CAs; Trust establishment and certificate validation flows, and the certificate lifecycle (issuance, rotation, expiration, revocation)
* Familiarity with tools to simulate UE (User Equipment) and test EAP-SIM/AKA flows (e.g., Spirent, Ixia, Calnex, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
