Job Title: Mythos Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead incident tracking and resolution for the Mythos platform. This role sits at the intersection of technical operations and executive communication owning the full lifecycle of issues arising from Mythos, driving them to resolution, and keeping senior stakeholders informed at every step.
This is not a junior role. You will interface directly with senior leaders across the organization and will be expected to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex, fast-moving situations.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management
- Own the end-to-end tracking and resolution of all incidents and issues stemming from the Mythos platform.
- Establish and maintain a structured incident log, ensuring complete visibility into status, ownership, and timelines.
- Triage incoming issues by priority, severity, and business impact, and coordinate rapid response.
- Drive issues to resolution by holding technical teams accountable to commitments and timelines.
- Identify patterns across incidents and recommend systemic improvements to reduce recurring problems.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding Mythos-related incidents and project status.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise executive-level status reports and escalation briefings.
- Translate complex technical issues into business-relevant language for executive audiences.
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies before they become crises.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
Project Coordination
- Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to align on resolution approaches and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional war rooms and working sessions during high-severity incidents.
- Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and post-incident reviews.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across all involved teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Mythos processes and PM best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise technology or platform environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-visibility incidents or technical issues at scale.
- Proven track record of working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and presentation with the ability to tailor messaging by audience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents without dropping the ball.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Mythos or similar enterprise platform environments.
- Background in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience using project and incident tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Prior experience in a consulting or solutions delivery organization.
