ServiceNow Business Analyst

job summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document user, functional, and technical requirements
• Create and manage test data within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align on business priorities and roadmap
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support solution validation, testing, and implementation activities
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of business processes and system capabilities

qualifications:

2-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and/or IT service management processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
