Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, release management, and cross-functional leadership and a proven ability to manage scope, remove impediments, and deliver complex, multi-department initiatives.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week in Chandler, AZ
- Maximum submissions per supplier: 3
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budget for high-complexity initiatives within a single business unit.
- Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and partner with the Product Owner to guide the team.
- Remove impediments to delivery and maintain focus on team progress and commitments.
- Align resources to key roles and clarify responsibilities and accountabilities across work streams.
- Oversee project execution, integration, and implementation across multiple departments.
- Drive risk management, mitigation planning, and readiness/change adoption activities.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure quality assurance and compliance with change requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and integration lead for the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Agile Scrum Master expertise with hands-on facilitation of Scrum events and team coaching.
- Release management experience across complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning resources to delivery goals.
- Positive, proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
- Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery.
- Change management experience and Book of Work management.
- Team management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology groups.
