Job#: 3013642 Job Description: Role Overview:The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams delivering AI-based products. This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Meeting Management: Schedule and own Agile-related meetings, ensuring proper communication and alignment.
- Team Coaching: Mentor teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and promoting self-organization.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report team performance using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives and implement actionable improvements for team efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or software product delivery.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML development cycles and data-driven product delivery.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required; SAFe certification preferred.
