Job Title: Lead SAP Fieldglass consultant - (Onsite)

Primary Skills: design, implement & deploy SAP Fieldglass application, tech support exp., troubleshooting issues, Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement.
Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada (Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.)
Duration: 3 - 5 months
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Interview: Webcam and/or in-person
Work Arrangement: Onsite.

Security Clearance: Security Clearance (Enhanced Reliability Status) from the Government of Canada or the candidate should be a resident of Canada for 5 continuous years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

The client is seeking a SAP Fieldglass Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: 9 + yrs. Required. (IMPORTANT: Do not submit candidates with 15-20+ yrs. THEY WILL BE REJECTED.)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Required.
- Certification:
- Must have very good communications skills both verbal and written. Required.
- Design, implement and deploy SAP Fieldglass application and solution to help customers manage their entire contingent workforce lifecycle, from hiring and engagement to
offboarding and evaluation. Required.
- Responsible for implementing one or more of the following Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker Management Module. Required.
- Technical support experience in troubleshooting issues within Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker Management Module. Required.
- Responsible for team meetings and status reporting. Required. Required.
- Responsible for risk and issue resolution management. Required.
- Responsible for providing information to determine future state business process, configurations, etc. Required.
- Coordinates activities across vendors and Project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery. Required.
- Ability to lead business process design workshops, discussions. Required.
- Ensure readiness for test (PT, SIT, and UAT). Required.
- Review and facilitate sign off on deployment readiness. Required.
- Manage defect and Change Request escalations. Required.
- Manage final Go/No-Go Decision for each phase delivery. Required.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass implementation. Required.
- Experience with Service Procure to Pay processes. Required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
