Position: Product Development Quality Assurance EngineerLocation: Euless, TX12 Month Contract w/ ExtensionDescription:Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Onsite Private Networks engineering support for NSA and EP5G private network feature validation.
This position provides for execution of the Test Cases designed to validate features and functions of private networks staging and pre-production environments and will provide reports, test results, and raw data including log files needed by the teams for Test Objects List activities.
Responsibilities: - Experience in wireless device and/or network testing
- Working knowledge of lab network and vendor infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of 3GPP2 Layer 2 / Layer 3 LTE protocols, IMS SIP protocols
- Experience with 4G and 5G standards (NSA&SA) and device testing
- Test validation and tuning for Mobility and handoff scenarios ( 5G?-?4G, Macro?-?Private).
- Multivendor experience and good understanding with Mobility Event parameters
- Experience w/ RAN testing tools like QXDM/QCAT, XCAL/XCAT, Wireshark.
- Experience w/ Samsung & Android devices in terms of debug mode, configuration
- Provide support through the execution of the Test Cases designed to validate features and functions of private networks staging and pre-production environments
- Experience in validating test cases and procedures supplied by the Client on Partially and Fully Redundant Core.
- Experience in providing expected deliverables
- Email Status Updates Provide Vreports, test results, and raw data including log files and spreadsheets, on a day-to-day basis or at any other frequency as requested.
- Device Logs of Devices Under Test and Reference Devices and provide them to the Client upon request for troubleshooting.
