Full Stack Lead – Kentico

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Kentico CMS, and Genesys Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web applications and customer experience solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on experience with Kentico CMS development and customization
- Experience with Genesys Cloud, preferably Genesys Cloud CX, including APIs and system integrations
- Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
- Strong understanding of:
- Object-oriented programming
- SOLID principles
- Design patterns
- Clean architecture
- Experience with Git and modern source-control practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as:
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions
- Jenkins
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services is preferred
- Understanding of web security, performance optimization, caching, and responsive design
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Kentico Xperience certification or formal Kentico training
- Genesys Cloud CX experience, including:
- Architect
- Web Messaging
- Voice
- Routing
- APIs
- Experience with Azure services such as:
- Azure Functions
- App Services
- API Management
- Service Bus
- Key Vault
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and containerized applications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
