Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to manage L1/L2/L3 production support for P&C insurance systems. The role involves driving incident management (P1/P2), root cause analysis, and SLA adherence, while ensuring high system availability and operational stability.

You will lead 24x7 support operations, handle critical escalations, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and implement long-term fixes. The role also focuses on monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement to reduce recurring incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application support operations (L1/L2/L3)
Manage major incidents, RCA, and stakeholder communication
Perform advanced troubleshooting across .NET applications, APIs, databases, and integrations
Ensure ITIL-aligned processes (incident, problem, change management)
Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and operational excellence
Mentor team members and act as the primary escalation point

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years in application/production support, with leadership experience
Strong experience in P&C insurance domain
Hands-on with .NET, APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog / Splunk
Exposure to AWS or cloud environments preferred
Strong incident management, RCA, and stakeholder handling skills

Stability during releases
