Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Manager - ServiceNow Operations in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage onshore/offshore application support teams for ServiceNow operations, deployments, upgrades, and patching
* Oversee and resolve production issues, including off-hours and weekend support as needed
* Ensure service availability for production and non-production environments
* Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and vendor teams to deliver projects and operational support
* Represent the ServiceNow team in disaster recovery planning and execution
* Define and maintain application operations policies, procedures, and standards
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, IT controls, and audit support
* Partner with ServiceNow support and vendors to maintain platform health and performance
* Produce SLA and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Provide Level 2 engineering support as needed
* Manage staffing, mentoring, and development of a high-performing operations team
* Collaborate effectively across global teams and India time zones

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
* 12+ years of IT management experience with a focus on IT applications operations
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
* Deep knowledge of ITSM processes with hands-on experience using JavaScript and REST APIs
* Experience managing third-party integrations
* Proven strength in stakeholder communication, compliance standards, and audit support
* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and project deliverables
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
