Role Overview
We are seeking a technical Business Systems Analyst to support two new projects involving the implementation of Workday's Adaptive Planning Module and a PDI system. This role requires a candidate who can gather and document technical requirements, work effectively with developers within an Agile framework, and contribute to both new development and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of Workday's Adaptive Planning module and a PDI fuel management system.
- Gather and document technical requirements for system integrations and enhancements.
- Create API documentation and work with RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment, utilizing Jira and Confluence.
- Define and document new standards for in-house Boomi development.
- Provide production support for existing integrations and develop new integrations as required.
- Ensure adaptability by balancing new development with enhancements and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst.
Technical Skills:- Experience with Workday's Adaptive Planning module is required.
- Strong experience with integrations and APIs, including RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Solid technical understanding to effectively communicate with development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Swagger for API documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments.
