Senior Product Manager
Location: Celebration, Florida (Hybrid) Mon-Fri: 8-5 Hybrid Onsite 1x per week
Employment Type: 22 Month Contract
Role Overview
This Senior Product Manager role is part of a strategic growth initiatives technology and digital team. The position involves driving product strategy, concept development, and delivery for initiatives within the logistics, medical, safety, and security portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Management, Technology, and Business Operation teams to enhance guest and crew experiences and support business operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps.
- Define product strategy and present plans to senior management and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with technology and business leaders to establish strategies that leverage technology.
- Lead external vendor teams and internal squads to deliver products on time and within scope.
- Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and detailed requirements, managing backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Attend daily scrums, drive priority decisions, and resolve roadblocks.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Provide regular product updates to business and technology leadership.
- Coordinate documentation, reporting, and launch activities for new features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience building and delivering solutions in a web or app-based digital ecosystem is required. Experience solving problems in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment is necessary.
Technical Skills: Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working in tools such as JIRA and Confluence is required. A solid understanding of modern Product Management frameworks and Agile methodologies is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting physical or operational environments with digital products.
- Background working with vendor-developed solutions.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and data/API-heavy ecosystems.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software, network infrastructure, or incident management systems.
- Experience with experimentation, hypothesis-driven development, or A/B testing.
- Relevant Agile certifications are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is ranges between 70-75 per hour based on experience.
