Product / Project Manager - Core Business Applications
Overview
This Product/Project Manager will take ownership of multiple core business application initiatives, transitioning projects from a PM who is moving into another internal role. The role supports several business units, with a strong focus on call-center applications, third-party integrations, and data-driven decision making.
This is a hands-on role requiring technical fluency (SQL, data integrations) combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple application initiatives across core business systems
- Act as the primary PM/PO for call-center-based applications used to book stays and manage reservations
- Partner closely with business units to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions
- Oversee third-party integrations, including travel insurance vendors and travel partners
- Support Salesforce integrations housing:
- Owner data
- Prospect data
- Timeshare contract data
- Lead data conversion and integration efforts when acquiring new resorts:
- Analyze historical data from acquired properties
- Define data mappings between legacy systems and internal platforms
- Determine one-time sync vs. ongoing integration approaches
- Support internal employee-facing applications
- Use data and reporting to support decision-making and project prioritization
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data, investigate issues, and support integrations
- Serve as a collaborative liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Product or Project Management experience
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query relational databases
- Experience supporting third-party system integrations
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data mapping, and system integrations
- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Personable communicator, comfortable working with multiple business units
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Rebuilding applications or supporting legacy-to-modern migrations
- Experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism industries
- Prior exposure to call-center technology environments
- Salesforce integration experience

- Salesforce Integrations - consolidating owner, prospect, and contract data from multiple sources
- Resort Acquisition Data Conversions - translating and mapping historical data from acquired properties into internal systems

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour. The permanent salary range upon conversion is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. This organization offers a benefits package to eligible employees.
