Job Description:

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Program Management experience
a. Tracking across milestones, projects, dependencies and risks; Escalating at appropriate moments; PowerPoint Deck Building experience.
2) Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
a. 5+ years of exp
3) Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Partner Management
a. Experience managing professional relationships including global stakeholders (accounting for time differences if necessary).
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Exposure to portfolio or PMO governance models
2) Experience supporting finance, procurement, or contract workflows
3) Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar
4) Project Management certification a plus
Soft Skills:
1) Experience with program tracking, reporting, and status consolidation
2) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3) Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Technology Requirements:
1) Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Education / Certifications
1) BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
