Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, checking references, extending offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This position requires working within a goal-driven, high-volume environment under immediate supervision, relying on established guidelines to perform job functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.
- Extend employment offers and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Operate effectively in a high-volume, goal-driven technical recruiting environment.
- Utilize sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, to identify qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume technical recruiting experience is required. Candidates with 6 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience in a non-technical field will also be considered.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with recruiting for technical SDE (Software Development Engineer) roles.
- Previous experience as a contractor or employee with the client is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour.
