About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support 3rd shift production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on welding processes, automation support, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous process improvements.
Shift
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Overtime required
  • Weekend support as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Support production operations to maximize uptime and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Robotic welding systems
    • Manual welding processes
    • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Work closely with operators, maintenance teams, and production staff.
  • Train operators on equipment, processes, and best practices.
  • Implement and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and support teams to resolve production challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with manual and robotic welding systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to support production in a hands-on role.
  • Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems.
  • Experience supporting automated manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and manufacturing best practices.
