Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst (Rewards) is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and administering compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. This role supports the design and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs, and market benchmarking to attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations and recommend appropriate salary grades for new and existing roles across global locations
  • Analyze and recommend compensation actions including promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, and equity increases
  • Participate in and manage salary survey submissions; analyze survey results to support compensation decisions
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and market-based compensation frameworks
  • Perform internal equity analysis to ensure fair and consistent pay practices
  • Support annual compensation cycles including merit increases and bonus planning
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to HR and leadership for compensation planning
  • Assist in special compensation projects and process improvements
  • Review and resolve payroll interface discrepancies and error reports
  • Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or data analysis roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, lookups, and data analysis)
  • Experience working with salary surveys, market data, and compensation benchmarking
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and pay structures
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global compensation programs
  • Familiarity with HR systems and compensation tools
  • Experience supporting merit cycles, bonus programs, and incentive plans
