Duties: As the Compensation Analyst (Rewards), your role is to evaluate and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration practices that attract and retain talent within an organization
Responsibilities:
• Performs job evaluations globally and recommends pay grades for new or revised jobs
• Provides recommendations on various pay actions (promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate
• Completes survey submissions for annual and ad hoc salary surveys and utilizes results for the development of start rates, site wage proposals, salary structures and equity studies.
• Provides support to special compensation projects.
• Provides input to enhance existing processes or to establish processes for new programs.
• Works payroll interface error reports.
• Handle multiple tasks at once with differing deadlines.
• Conduct salary surveys
Qualifications:
• Experience, compensation, benefits or data management/analysis role, Human Resources
• Strong technical knowledge of Excel, required including working with spreadsheets with formulas, and look ups
• Global compensation experience preferred.
• Experience doing salary surveys, working with market data, equity analysis, job evaluations, and processing merit/bonus incentives.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion
