We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Account Executive to join our fast-growing team in the Tech Services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our organization by driving sales and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the tech industry, with a deep understanding of various tech tools and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develop and manage sales operating budgets.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
  • Meet with key clients, assisting the sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
  • Recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
  • Proven experience with tech tools and platforms such as CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, Upwind, Wiz, Cyber Ark, Nutanix, Okta, Orca, Sailpoint, and Splunk.
  • Demonstrated skills in Prospecting, Lead Generation, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Territory Management, Retention, and Account Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic client relationships for continued growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
