Role Overview
We are seeking a Regulatory Data Syndication Analyst to support the aggregation, maintenance, and exchange of product-related data with external agencies and business partners. This role focuses on data accuracy, regulatory reporting, and Excel-based analysis within a structured enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who can work with minimal direction, analyze datasets, and support regulated data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate the exchange of large volumes of product data with external agencies and channel partners.
- Aggregate, format, validate, and transmit item-level product data using enterprise systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Deliver data in partner- or agency-specific formats as required.
- Support ongoing data acquisition and maintenance activities for a regulatory data hub.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across submissions.
- Analyze, document, and map current and future-state business processes related to data exchange.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure data solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvement.
Work Arrangement
- This position is 100% remote.
- The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field is required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a data-focused role is required. Experience working with large datasets is necessary.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Index/Match, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with regulated data.
- Exposure to compliance-driven or audit-sensitive environments.
- Experience supporting structured data exchanges with external partners.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00/hr - $52.00/hr. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
