Microsoft Dynamics CRM reimplementation, a
new e-commerce platform, and a
new accounting ERP solution. We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and leadership to this evolving initiative.
Duration: 12 month contract to start, strong potential to extend another 12 months
Location: Englewood, CO (2 days onsite per week required)
Pay range: $70-80/hr
What You'll LeadInitial Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology leaders to refine the business case, support vendor selection, and guide contracting
- Define delivery models, scope, and resource plans
- Participate in vendor evaluation and cost estimation
- Build integrated project timelines and program roadmaps
- Prepare executive-level materials for final funding approval
Ongoing Responsibilities- Manage initiatives, epics, and stories in Jira; support Confluence adoption
- Provide clear status reporting, including risks and issues
- Lead project team meetings and Agile ceremonies
- Maintain project schedules and roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal delivery pods and integrate selected vendors into Agile workflows
- Support budget tracking and financial oversight
What You Bring- Strong Agile experience (Scrum, PDLC, SDLC)
- Hands-on Jira experience (required); Confluence familiarity (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience managing CRM, ERP, or e-commerce projects
- Microsoft Dynamics experience (preferred)
- Scrum Master certification (preferred)
- Bonus: Business analysis skills and budget management experience
