Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Integration Architect to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and executing integration strategies, overseeing system migrations to S/4HANA, and ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems in a modern, cloud-enabled landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the integration architecture strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Design and oversee data and system migration from legacy SAP (ECC) and non-SAP systems to S/4HANA.
Architect integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), PI/PO, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party applications.
Lead end-to-end migration planning, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover strategy.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to align integration solutions with business requirements.
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for integration and migration.
Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies for complex transformation programs.
Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on S/4HANA implementations/migrations.
Proven experience as an Integration or Solution Architect.
Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), PI/PO, IDocs, OData, and APIs.
Strong knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., Migration Cockpit, LVM, ETL tools).
Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms and third-party systems.
Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and cross-functional integration.
Experience in RISE with SAP and cloud transformations is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and modern integration patterns.
Prior experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, or energy sectors.
