Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Product Architect in Tampa, FL.

Key Tasks:
* Responsible for identifying and leveraging AI and emerging technologies across the end-to-end insurance claims lifecycle
* Drives evolution of product functionality through AI-powered capabilities and cloud-based architecture
* Designs modular, interoperable, and configurable AI solutions to maximize value and minimize technical debt
* Partners cross-functionally (AI, Analytics, IT, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions
* Re-engineer high-value functionality from on-prem to cloud architectures
* Develop strategies and roadmaps for sunsetting, refactoring, and modernizing legacy systems into AI-driven environments
* Design and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned to business value and reduction of technical debt
* Embed AI-driven decisioning into business processes and applications
* Lead AI architecture alignment across product lifecycle, engineering, and implementation teams
* Plan and execute AI initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
* Design AI integration architecture with focus on interoperability, modularity, and configurability
* Define API strategies and scalable integrations to support business and user needs
* Collaborate on deployment strategies across cloud and hybrid environments
* Partner with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure testing coverage and automation for integrations
* Support identification and prioritization of AI use cases aligned to business goals
* Establish feedback loops to measure and optimize AI solution impact

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in AI model operationalization or complex solution integration
* 6+ years of experience in product architecture, product management, and system interoperability
* Strong understanding of insurance and claims management domains
* Experience leading technology transformations and AI solution lifecycles
* Deep knowledge of machine learning/AI concepts and integration into enterprise systems
* Strong experience in roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and backlog management

Expertise in:
* Cloud architecture and solutions
* API design and integration frameworks
* Marketplace and deployment models

* Experience working in Agile environments (user stories, backlog grooming, cross-functional teams)
* Knowledge of composable product architectures and configurable systems
* Familiarity with implementation/adoption planning and documentation
* Experience with data analytics platforms and visualization tools

Technical Skills:
* Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS
* Data platforms: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks
* AI tools: Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Snowflake Cortex AI, Dataiku
* Programming: Python, R, SQL
* Integration tools: Azure API Management, Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
