AI Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a sharp, AI-savvy Data Analyst to support their Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is already fluent in AI tools and eager to apply them in a real-world, business-critical environment.

Duties:
* Manage and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
* Design and build dynamic dashboards with filters, aggregations, and self-service reporting frameworks
* Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance EHS processes and identify emerging technology opportunities
* Clean, analyze, and compile data to generate meaningful reports and provide insights that tell the story behind the numbers
* Collaborate cross-functionally and provide technical and analytical support across the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure
* Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or agentic or generative AI solutions
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance is a plus
* Must be local to Orlando, Florida

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
