Agentic AI (Copilot Studio) Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking an Agentic AI (Copilot Studio) Enablement Specialist to support enterprise adoption of AI solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.

Summary:
This role will serve as a trusted advisor and enabler to internal teams, helping guide the design, optimization, and governance of AI-driven workflows. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building Copilot Studio solutions and is now passionate about helping others successfully adopt and scale AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a front-line advisor to business users and developers on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
* Provide guidance on when and how to use AI tools to optimize workflows and solution design
* Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot Studio agents and automation workflows
* Support the design, implementation, and enforcement of AI governance frameworks and guardrails
* Partner with architecture and design teams to execute evolving solution designs
* Assist with onboarding and enablement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and hackathons
* Guide teams on end-to-end orchestration of AI-powered workflows across the Power Platform
* Stay current on emerging Microsoft Copilot and AI features and advise teams on best practices
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective AI adoption at scale

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, automation, or related Microsoft technologies
* Proven experience building solutions that have been deployed to production environments
* Experience working in a consultative, advisory, or enablement-focused role
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (building and deploying agents)
* Experience with Power Platform tools, including: Power Apps; Power Automate
* Understanding of AI/GenAI workflows, conversational design, and orchestration patterns
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven workflows
* Knowledge of enterprise application design, integration, and automation concepts
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving AI environment
* Exposure to AI adoption, governance, or enterprise enablement initiatives preferred
* Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, or best practices frameworks is a plus

Additional Details:
* Contract-to-hire (initial 3 months)
* 80% remote/20% onsite (as needed)
* Must be local and able to support occasional onsite requirements - Orlando local is preferred, but open to anywhere in FL as long as ok with travel requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
