Summary:
This is a hands-on execution role, focused on administering environments, resolving issues, and delivering tasks in an agile, sprint-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the details, solving real platform issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly-not someone focused solely on high-level design.

* Support the creation and deployment of connectors and platform integrations

* Assist in environment provisioning, auto-provisioning, and governance enforcement
* Partner with AI/Copilot and enablement teams to support platform-related needs
* Provide technical support to makers and teams using Power Apps and Power Automate
* Contribute to automation and scripting efforts, including PowerShell-based solutions
* Support ongoing enhancements related to Azure integrations and platform scalability

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform administration or support

Strong hands-on experience administering the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
* Power Apps
* Power Automate

Deep understanding of:
* Environments and environment groups
* Connectors and connection management
* Platform troubleshooting and issue resolution

* Experience identifying root causes and resolving platform-level issues quickly
* Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks
* Working knowledge of Azure services and integrations
* Proven experience managing and supporting production environments
* Experience executing technical tasks in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Exposure to platform governance, monitoring, and support models
* Ability to operate in a task-driven, sprint-based delivery model
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and execute without heavy oversight
* Experience with GitHub or version control tools is a plus

What We're Looking For:
* A hands-on executor who can hit the ground running
* Someone comfortable working below the surface level, diagnosing and fixing real issues
* A practitioner who values practical experience over certifications
* Someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and reliability in a dynamic environment
* A collaborative team player who can support both technical teams and business users

Additional Details:
* Contract-to-hire (initial 3 months)
* Based in Orlando, FL
* Approximately 10% onsite (must be comfortable with occasional in-person meetings)
* Agile team environment with 2-week sprint cycles
