Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, UI Builder, Service Portal, and modern web technologies and a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise applications with AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- 8+ years of experience building enterprise applications in the software industry.
- Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as AngularJS and React for ServiceNow customizations.
- Experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
- Hands-on development and implementation experience with NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities.
- Ability to work in Agile or Scrum methodology with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing and configuring modern experiences using UI Builder.
- Background implementing GenAI and agentic solutions within ServiceNow to drive automation and customer experience.
