Job Description
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-powered product development across Generative AI, AI workflows, and intelligent automation and a proven ability to define, deliver, and scale reliable AI experiences on enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and ship AI-driven product solutions using Generative AI, AI Actions, AI Workflows, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.
- Define and balance contextual intelligence and conversational AI, determining when workflows should branch into full conversations.
- Specify AI behaviors beyond functional flows, including non-determinism handling, output validation, and safety considerations.
- Work hands-on with the Now Platform AI ecosystem, including Now Assist, AI Skills, tools, MCP Server, and external models.
- Apply AI concepts such as RAG, grounding, tool calling, context windows, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation to product solutions.
- Partner with UX to design, prototype, and iterate on modern AI-driven user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and domain SMEs to navigate ambiguity, refine use cases, and remove blockers.
- Leverage Now Platform fundamentals including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Orchestration, and platform extensibility.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI skill creation, and AI workflow design.
- Understand the Customer and Success domain, key personas, and their Jobs to Be Done.
- Deliver high-quality features on time with a clear sense of urgency in a fast-moving AI landscape.
- Adapt to changes across Now Assist, partner LLMs, and related tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with AI product concepts including RAG, grounding, tool calling, context management, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and AI skill creation.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills to align UX, engineering, and SMEs.
- 4-7 years of Product or Technical Product Management experience on SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- 2+ years building AI, automation, or intelligent workflow products.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Now Platform, including Now Assist, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
- Background in designing conversational AI and contextual intelligence systems with safety controls.
