Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Program Manager to remotely support our industry leading technology development client in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:
* Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing
* Work with senior/executive leadership, corporate and third-party vendor to define what is best-in-class, analyze the current state, and define the go-forward plan in partnership with organizational leadership
* Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and automation into projects and activities in the organization
* Manage and lead multiple projects involving multiple functions and teams to drive the simplification and digitalization of various Global Functions
* Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; Collaborates with the Business Units and Global function SMEs and leaders to recommend and implement changes to tools, processes, or business practices to drive simplification, continuous improvement and manage costs
* Review and evaluate program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Experience with:
* Program Management
* Data & Analytics
* Strong PowerPoint skills
* Top-down verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
