OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented
Audit Technician to support network validation, infrastructure auditing, and troubleshooting within data center environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation, circuit mapping, and overall operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret Engineering Design Packages (EDPs)
- Perform network audits, validation, and infrastructure verification
- Create and maintain circuit maps and network diagrams
- Trace circuits end-to-end to confirm accuracy
- Troubleshoot connectivity and configuration issues (Layer 1-3)
- Validate inventory, documentation, and network assets
- Document findings and deliver clear audit reports
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
Top Skills Required- Cabling (fiber & copper)
- Troubleshooting
- Network support & infrastructure knowledge
- Data center experience
- Experience working with switches
- Testing & validation experience
Required Qualifications- Strong understanding of EDPs and technical documentation
- Hands-on network troubleshooting (Layer 1-3)
- Experience with circuit mapping and topology visualization
- Ability to interpret diagrams, schematics, and layouts
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Experience in telecom, ISP, or data center environments
- Familiarity with fiber/copper infrastructure
- OSHA 10
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
