Title : Backend Engineer (Golang, Distributed Systems)

Location : Phoenix, AZ – onsite

Rate :$51/hr on W2

Mode :W2 Position

Duration :6 Months

Overview:

Senior engineer responsible for end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable backend and frontend systems, aligning with architectural standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build backend services using Golang

· Develop and maintain systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

· Lead frontend development with React

· Own full lifecycle: POC → MVP → Production

· Ensure performance, scalability, resiliency, and security

· Implement testing, monitoring, and observability

· Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers

Requirements:

· 8+ years of software engineering experience

· Strong expertise in Golang and distributed systems

· Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps tools

· Solid understanding of system design, testing, and production operations

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

· Experience with OPA (Open Policy Agent)

· Knowledge of latency, throughput, and resiliency metrics
