Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Engineering Domain Director to provide engineering leadership across supply chain technology and application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with expertise in Oracle, Full Stack development, Supply Chain, production support, and people leadership.

This role will lead engineering teams and initiatives, oversee production support and ticket resolution, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and people leadership for supply chain engineering teams.

  • Lead engineering initiatives supporting supply chain applications and business processes.

  • Provide strategic and technical guidance across Oracle, Full Stack, and supply chain technology environments.

  • Oversee production support activities, including incident management, ticket resolution, root-cause analysis, and issue remediation.

  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and maintain application stability and performance.

  • Lead application enhancements, modernization, and engineering initiatives.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and technology leadership.

  • Establish engineering standards, development practices, and operational processes.

  • Manage and mentor engineering teams, including performance management, career development, and resource planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery and production support.

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, quality, and operational standards.

  • Communicate technical status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong engineering background with experience leading enterprise technology teams.

  • Experience with Oracle technologies.

  • Strong Full Stack engineering/development experience.

  • Strong Supply Chain domain experience.

  • Experience with production support and ticket/incident resolution.

  • Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience.

  • Strong technical leadership and solution delivery experience.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with business and technology leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale supply chain technology transformations.

  • Experience supporting enterprise supply chain applications.

  • Experience with application modernization and engineering transformation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, production operations, and engineering best practices.
