We’re looking for a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to support our SFDC platform and integrated business systems. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of feature requests—from intake and requirements gathering to delivery and release—while partnering with cross?functional teams to enhance processes, improve system adoption, and ensure smooth releases across Salesforce and connected tools.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and prioritize Salesforce feature requests and enhancements
• Gather requirements, create user stories, and document process flows
• Partner with Admins, Developers, and Integration teams to deliver high?quality solutions
• Coordinate project timelines, releases, and cross?system dependencies
• Support UAT, training readiness, release notes, and user adoption
• Maintain documentation and ensure changes follow governance and security standards
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and release coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder?facing skills
• Experience supporting training/change management efforts
• Salesforce certifications preferred (BA, Admin, App Builder, etc.)
