Job Title: Scrum Lead (AI Modernization)
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master / Scrum Lead for agile delivery teams, including direct facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
Demonstrated experience removing impediments and improving team execution through coaching and practical problem-solving.
Strong working knowledge of Jira (and how delivery artifacts such as epics/capabilities/initiatives relate) in a metrics-driven environment.
Experience working with distributed and/or offshore teams; ability to coordinate across time zones.
Understanding of SDLC practices and the ability to identify gaps in requirements, testing/QA, automation, or release processes.
Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org) with practical application in delivery environments.
